Welcome to Crossroads RC&D

The Kansas Crossroads Resource Conservation and Development Area Inc. is a 501-c-3 nonprofit, tax exempt rural development organization serving the North Central Kansas counties of Clay, Cloud, Jewell, Ottawa, Republic, and Washington. The primary purpose of the organization is to improve the quality of life within the six county area through: the conservation and enhancement of natural resources; the improvement of public facilities and infrastructure; and the strengthening of local economies.

The organization is governed by a volunteer council who identifies local problems and creates solutions for their communities. Our strength is in the commitment of people to solve their own problems and take advantage of potential opportunities.
