Water Quality has been an important issue for several years and continues to be a focus of the Kansas Crossroads RC&D.  We continue our efforts with the local WRAPS (Watershed  Restoration and Protection Strategy) programs. The bulk of our 6 county service area is in the Milford WRAPS with the Lower Big Blue/Lower Little Blue WRAPS in the eastern edge of our service area.
